All heatpress vinyl products are warranted to be free of defects in material and manufacture at time of shipping. It is the user's responsibility to determine the suitability of heat press vinyl's product(s) for the intended use or application. In cases where the product(s) are proven to be defective, heat press vinyl's sole remedy will be to replace the defective product(s). Heat press vinyl makes no other warranties expressed or implied.

Packing & Inspection

 

Responsibility for item(s) safe delivery is assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment. Claims for loss or damage sustained in transit must, therefore, be made upon the carrier as follows:

 

Concealed loss or damage:

 

Concealed loss or damage which does not come apparent until until the merchandise has been unpacked.

The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When damage is discovered upon unpacking, make a written request for inspection by the carrier's agent within 24 hours of delivery date.Then file a claim with the carrier since such damage is the carrier's responsibility.

 

Visible loss or damage:

 

Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted at time of delivery on the freight bill or reciept and signed by the carrier's agent. Failer to adequately describe such external evidence of loss or damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim. The form required for such claim will be furnished by the carrier.

 

Do not return damaged merchandise to Heat Press Vinyl. File claim as above.

 

Return Policy:

 

You must call Heat Press Vinyl to obtain permission for returned item(s) and must obtain a return authorization number from Heat Press Vinyl. No item(s) will be honored unless they accompanied with a copy of the original sales reciept. After 30 days all sales are final, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns that were shipped corectly but the customer decided they did not want or need the item(s) for whatever reason.

 

Freight is non-refundable. It is the customers sole responsability for return freight .
